Call for artists: "Beneath The Covers"

“Beneath The Covers” is a juried exhibition at the Foundry Art Centre exploring the artistic possibilities of one-of-a-kind, handmade books, altered books and book objects.

Calls for entry are now being accepted and entries will be accepted through May 17, 2013.

“Beneath The Covers” will showcase book art in Galleries II & III from June 28 – September 27, 2013.

Artwork must share the three-dimensional quality of a traditional book but can be sculptural, alternative and/or experimental in nature.

There is an entry fee of $35 for non-members and $24 for Foundry members and up to three pieces may be submitted for the jury process.

Contact the Foundry Art Centre at 636-255-0270 for more information, or visit www.foundryartcentre.org to enter the exhibition online.
